04 May 20 - Covid-19 Update

Hi all just a quick update, we hope you are all keeping safe and well.

We hope to resume operating at some point latter this summer once we receive further clarification from the government over the coming week as to how lockdown restrictions are going to be eased.

We are fully aware this is going to be a slow and testing time for all but like others that operate within our industry we having been discussing options with relevant authorities including PHE & the HSE.

These are our plans for future operation.

As a starting point all hires will be garden based only with access to gardens via external access only.

Even though we keep our equipment clean and maintained to a high standard our staff will be required to sanitise equipment whilst on site wearing appropriate PPE prior to initial use.

All equipment hired will have previously been cleaned and sanitised before being quarantined for 7 days.

Soft play equipment will not include a ball pool.
Maximum size of bouncy castles available for hire will be limited to 12x12.

If a power supply is required for equipment this will need to be provided in advance of our arrival on site.

During equipment set up only our staff will be permitted in the garden.

The equipment can only be used by the household who have hired the equipment.

Payment will be required in advance of delivery.

Hire agreements will be sent out electronically, these will need to be signed and returned electronically.

The garden area will need to be clear of all family members whilst our staff remove the equipment at the end of the hire period.

We will keep you all updated in regards to our plans moving forward which may be subject to change.
