Have used Oodles twice now and would not use another soft play company.

Nothing is too much trouble! They listened to my requirements and surpassed them in terms of soft play items and decorated the candy cart to the colours requested with no problem whatsoever.

We hired the soft play set for my little boys 1st birthday. We left it last minute but oodles we extremely helpful and accommodating !! It was an absolute hit and well worth the money. Midi Pink soft Play 12x12 Pirate Bouncy

We booked the pink midi soft play and large pirate bouncy castle for a 1st birthday party. So pleased with the service start to finish. Booked easily on line then had follow up calls to make sure I had everything I needed and the right equipment. On the day of the party the set up was done perfectly for the room and all the equipment was clean and looked new. Lovely friendly staff too. Will definitely be using Oodles again �

We hired the inflatable soft play with surround for our little boy, Angus' first birthday.
To say we were impressed would be an understatement. The play area was brilliant, the kids loved it.
We live on a farm up a rough track, but oodles got to us no problem, set up and packing away was fast and on time etc. In the day running up they were even prepared to help us with a gala tent to keep the rain out, but on the day we were blessed with glorious sunshine.
I called the office lots of times with queries etc... all staff were really friendly and helpful.

We booked midi soft play and small bouncy castle for my sons 1st birthday. Absolutely fantastic service, so professional. They arrived in plenty of time, the set up was quick and simple, the sprayed all the mats when setting up with anti bac spray, and made sure they were very clean. Very friendly service.
When collecting they again cleaned the mats, and packed up quickly.

We hired the soft play for our little boys first birthday it was amazing! Kids from 6months to 7years old loved it! It kept everyone entertained, the younger ones were in the ball pool and older ones were building. All the adults were very impressed with it, and the people who came to collect it were lovely. Great website that lets you check availability and book. I had some problems with paying the deposit but when I contacted them a week later the package was still reserved under my name-thank you. Oodles were prompt and took care to cover outdoor shoes on our carpet. They were extremely polite, can't wait for another party so that we can book again.

Where do I start... Saturday 28th Feb I was waiting at a venue for 40 children to arrive at my sons and 2 friends 2nd birthday party... 15 minutes before it was due to start and trying a number of times to contact a company which were supplying the soft play they inform me they would not be coming as they did lot confirm my booking! Even though I had a confirmation and deposit had
been paid. As you can imagine this was very upsetting as we had spent months organising our children's birthday party.

I quickly did a Google search and phones oodles, I could not have asked for anything better. They told me not to worry and they would come straight out to us and set us a soft play area up. Within 20 minutes the party was being set up with help from all the daddies. I could not have asked for anything more... Fantastic service, lovely family business and highly recommended.
