Delivery Information

We deliver to Manchester, Stockport and some areas of North Cheshire including Wilmslow, Mere, Poynton and Woodford.

You can check to see if we deliver to your area by entering the first part of your postcode in the area checker on our home page. Delivery charges are applicable to some areas if your postcode is not listed then please Contact us T:01706 416374

Our delivery's start from 08.30am please be aware that delivery times are only approximate but be assured all equipment will be delivered and set up prior to your party start time. We will contact the venue direct to arrange entry times, please note that if you have booked a church hall we can only wait 15 minutes for the key holder to arrive as our delivery drivers have multiple drop offs which are scheduled.

Delivery Policy

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of any litter or debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
